Job Description

We are Seeking experienced Senior Full Stack Developers with strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, SQL Server, and enterprise test automation.

The ieal candidate will have extensive experience designing and developing enterprise web applications, implementing automated testing frameworks, troubleshooting complex applications, and working with cross-functional development and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise web applications using C#, , and MVC.
  • Develop responsive user interfaces using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and XML.
  • Implement object-oriented design principles and reusable application components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application defects.
  • Participate in application architecture, design, and technical documentation.
  • Support application integration and system modernization initiatives.

Database Development

  • Develop and optimize complex SQL Server queries.
  • Create and maintain stored procedures, joins, views, and database objects.
  • Analyze existing database schemas and data models.
  • Perform data manipulation, validation, and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot database-related application issues.

Test Automation

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks.
  • Convert manual test cases into automated tests.
  • Develop reusable automation scripts and shared testing libraries.
  • Support functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
  • Develop testing utilities to improve testing efficiency.
  • Configure and maintain testing environments and test harnesses.
  • Improve automated test coverage and reduce regression testing timelines.
  • Analyze test results, investigate failures, and resolve defects.

Requirements and Defect Management

  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements.
  • Translate requirements into test scenarios and test cases.
  • Participate in defect triage and root-cause analysis.
  • Track and manage defects using JIRA, HP ALM, Bugzilla, JAMA, or similar tools.
  • Prepare test plans, test strategies, technical specifications, and testing documentation.

Mandatory Qualifications

Software Development 8+ Years

  • C# and object-oriented programming
  • / Microsoft .NET
  • MVC architecture
  • JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, XML
  • Enterprise web application development
  • Development of testing utilities for unit and integration testing

SQL Server 8+ Years

  • Microsoft SQL Server development
  • Complex SQL queries
  • Stored procedures
  • Complex joins
  • Database modeling and data analysis

Test Automation 5+ Years

  • Automated testing framework development
  • Automated regression testing
  • Test script development
  • Reusable automation libraries
  • Java, Python, shell scripting, or another automation programming language
  • Test environment and test harness configuration
  • Test planning, strategy, and documentation

Additional Requirements

  • 5+ years of defect management experience
  • 5+ years translating requirements into test cases
  • 5+ years analyzing test results and troubleshooting defects
  • 3+ years of SQL data validation and reporting
  • 3+ years of business requirements gathering and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
  • Experience with financial services, pension administration, insurance, or banking systems.
  • Experience with T-SQL, triggers, stored procedures, views, and user-defined functions.
  • Experience with parallel testing.
