The Role

• Represent a premium brand at retail locations, trade shows, and local events.
• Engage with potential customers, generating interest in high-quality window and door solutions.
• Convert conversations into qualified leads by scheduling in-home consultation appointments.
• Set up and maintain attractive product displays.
• Contribute to a direct-to-consumer sales strategy for replacement windows and doors.

What You'll Need

• Reliable transportation to travel to various event and retail locations.
• A naturally outgoing personality with a passion for connecting with new people.
• Resilience and confidence to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Enthusiasm for customer engagement and creating positive first impressions.
• Ability to set up displays, which may involve lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Comfort being on your feet for extended periods during shifts.
