The Role

• Represent a premium window and door brand at retail locations, trade shows, and local events.
• Engage with shoppers to generate interest in high-quality window and door products.
• Schedule in-home consultations by converting customer conversations into qualified leads.
• Set up and maintain visually appealing product displays.
• Cover retail locations in Charlotte, Mooresville, Matthews, and Indian Land, SC.

What You'll Need

• Reliable personal transportation for travel to various store locations and events.
• A natural aptitude for conversation and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Resilience and the ability to maintain a positive attitude when facing rejection.
• A strong desire to assist customers and make a positive first impression.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs for display setup.
• Comfortability with standing and moving for extended periods.
