IT Project Manager (heavy International Travel)

 Meet with Product teams to review scope, resource plan, resource assignments, system details, buy lists, design documents, deployment plans, testing plans/scripts, SIT/QAT/UAT requirements, operational handover guidelines/documents, or other documentation/information necessary for the project to be completed successfully. The role is accountable for making decisions, being informed and executing actions.
2. Develop any relevant detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocations. Project plans are detailed documentation using varied systems to ensure all steps, timelines, resources, hardware, documentation, risks, testing plans, or other details of the project to ensure successful completion on time and on budget. The role is accountable for making decisions, being informed and executing actions.
3. Coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines. Ensure all documentation, hardware, software, testing scripts, or other necessary details are provided to make project successful. Provide reporting on team member activities to ensure any escalations, risks or other challenges are resolved in a timely manner. The role is accountable for being informed.
4. Review all buy lists, items received and complete inventory lists for all the hardware that has been purchased for the project. Review and compare all drop lists received from Product Teams for any gaps against buy lists and inventory lists. Work with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure hardware is received and will be available and ready to deploy on time for the project. Escalate any missing or delayed hardware. The role is accountable for being informed and executing actions.
