The Role: Personal Training Sales Manager
As Personal Training Sales Manager, you’re the powerhouse behind the personal training departments growth and the face of Get Fit Personal Training for every new member. This is more than just a numbers game. It’s about people

. Recruit, train, and coach a high-energy team of membership advisors to exceed sales targets. Drive Sales Performance
~ : Develop and execute monthly strategies to meet and exceed personal training sales and revenue goals.

Own the Sales Process
~ : Manage all aspects of the sales funnel—from prospecting existing member base, follow-ups, and closing. Foster strong connections with prospective and current members, understanding their goals and showing how Get Fit can help them achieve results. Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and retention statistics to identify trends and optimize performance. Work closely with marketing, membership sales, and front-desk teams to support campaigns and ensure an outstanding customer journey.

Promote the Brand
: Represent Get Fit at community events and through digital outreach to elevate our presence and reputation. sales leadership

Strong organizational and CRM skills; experience with lead management systems is a bonus.
