Leasing services sales representative

Job Description

Pugmire Ford of Carrollton is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales BDC Representative to join our team. As a Sales BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and helping to drive sales by generating appointments and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Handle all sales inbound phone calls
• Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any questions or concerns
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and appointments
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly sales goals
• Utilize CRM tools to manage and track customer interactions
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
• Experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift (Full Time - 40 hrs per week)
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Saturday (one weekday off day)
• Closed Sundays

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus opportunities

Experience:

• BDC Experience Preferred

Work Location: In person
