Role Overview

The Senior Analyst will work closely with business users to establish and modify report requirements, ensuring that all reports meet business specifications. They will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data loads and report failures, providing production support for the existing BI environment. The role involves coordinating with other functional towers to enhance data models and running test scripts for system maintenance.
