The Role

• Create Instructions for Use (Method Sheets, Short Method Sheets, and Notes) in English.
• Gather and process necessary data from relevant departments, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate the review process and manage activities to finalize English master documents.
• Plan completion deadlines and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain product assortments and implement complex updates using established change management procedures.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to IVD (In Vitro Diagnostic) requirements and internal guidelines.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in new product introduction projects.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Technical Writer or equivalent.
• Knowledge of terminology management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Strong team spirit, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
• A structured and meticulous approach to work.
• Experience in documentation for the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
