Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a CRM integration program for a major enterprise customer.

The candidate will be responsible for driving the project end-to-end, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and dependencies, proactively identifying risks and gaps, and ensuring successful delivery.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing enterprise application, CRM, integration, or digital transformation projects. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred but not mandatory.

The candidate should also have a basic understanding of modern AI technologies and be comfortable identifying opportunities where AI tools can improve project productivity and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the project from planning through implementation and delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
• Coordinate business, functional, technical, development, QA, and integration teams.
• Track project progress, issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, assumptions, and potential delivery challenges.
• Escalate issues and drive timely resolution.
• Conduct and facilitate project meetings and Agile ceremonies.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Technical Leads, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure requirements, designs, development, testing, and deployment remain aligned.
• Review and challenge proposed solutions when appropriate.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality and business objectives.
• Provide regular status updates to customer and leadership teams.
• Support release planning, UAT, deployment, and production readiness.

AI Awareness:

The candidate should have a basic practical understanding of Generative AI and be comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity.

Examples include:

• Using AI tools for documentation and project reporting.
• Using AI for meeting summaries and action items.
• Using AI to analyze requirements, risks, and dependencies.
• Encouraging team members to use appropriate AI productivity tools.
• Identifying opportunities where AI can improve project efficiency.
• Having basic awareness of LLMs, RAG, MCP, and AI APIs.

The candidate is not expected to be an AI specialist or developer.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
• Experience managing enterprise technology projects.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
• Experience managing distributed/cross-functional teams.
• Strong risk, issue, dependency, and scope management.
• Ability to proactively identify gaps and challenges.
• Ability to understand and validate functional/technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with CRM projects or enterprise application integrations.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience is a plus, not mandatory.
• Experience with Azure, APIs, or integration platforms is a plus.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience working with large enterprise/consulting organizations is preferred.
