Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Lead Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer to support the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise privileged access solutions.
• The role will focus primarily on Delinea PAM technologies, privileged account security, access governance, automation, and integration across enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, configuration, and support of Delinea PAM solutions.
• Manage privileged accounts, credentials, secrets, access policies, and password rotation.
• Implement privileged session management, monitoring, and access controls.
• Onboard applications, service accounts, infrastructure, and privileged users into the PAM platform.
• Integrate Delinea with enterprise identity, security, cloud, and infrastructure platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex PAM issues and provide senior-level technical support.
• Develop automation and scripting to improve PAM operations and onboarding.
• Partner with IAM, cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and audit teams to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and PAM engineering best practices.

• Strong hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Delinea PAM solutions, particularly Delinea Secret Server.
• Deep understanding of privileged account lifecycle management, credential vaulting and rotation, privileged session management, access policies, service accounts, authentication, and security controls.
• Experience integrating PAM solutions with Active Directory, Windows/Linux environments, applications, APIs, and enterprise security platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, scripting, automation, and technical leadership capabilities are required.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Experience with Delinea Privilege Manager, DevOps Secrets Vault, cloud environments (Azure/AWS), SIEM integrations, MFA/SSO, identity governance, and PAM migrations is preferred.
• Experience working within large enterprise or regulated environments, including healthcare, as well as relevant Delinea or cybersecurity certifications, would be an advantage.
