FM Senior Project Manager

A varied Senior Project Manager opportunity delivering facilities, infrastructure and capital projects ranging from c.£100k through to £2m across a high-profile estate. You’ll manage projects end-to-end, from initial planning and design through procurement, construction, completion and operational handover.

This includes programme and cost contr ol, business cases, risk and change management, tendering and procurement, CDM compliance and coordination of contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.

There’s also a strong strategic element: contributing to long-term asset management plans, ensuring value for money and helping the organisation improve the resilience and sustainability of its estate.

We’re looking for: an established Senior Project Manager with broad experience delivering building, FM or infrastructure projects in complex environments. You’ll need a recognised project management qualification (APM/PRINCE2/Agile or equivalent) plus IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH.

Strong stakeholder management, procurement, project contr ols and commercial awareness are essential.
