System Analyst IT (ECP Payroll)

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst IT (ECP Payroll) to support, maintain and enhance our payroll technology environment.

Working closely with Payroll, People & Culture and Finance, this role will take ownership of SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) support and enhancements, while also providing foundational support across SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).

Key responsibilities:

• Support and enhance SAP ECP to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Deliver payroll system upgrades, statutory changes and continuous improvements.
• Configure payroll schemas, personnel calculation rules, wage types and payroll controls.
• Maintain integrations across Employee Central, ECP, time management and finance systems.
• Troubleshoot payroll, replication and interface issues through root-cause analysis.
• Support testing, change management, releases and system upgrades.
• Partner with Payroll, People & Culture, Finance and external SAP support providers.
• Maintain system controls, access, documentation and compliance requirements.

• SAP Employee Central Payroll certification is essential.
• 3+ years’ experience supporting or implementing SAP ECP or SAP HCM Payroll.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes and configuration.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central to ECP integrations and data replication.
• Working knowledge of Employee Central core configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience with multi-country payroll, time and attendance, finance integration, ABAP, ServiceNow or complex payroll environments such as mining will be highly regarded.
