Business Analyst - eCommerce

We're looking for an eCommerce Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional online shopping experiences across our Shopify websites and mobile apps. About the role:

As the bridge between our eCommerce, UX/UI and Development teams, you'll help bring new digital initiatives to life while continuously improving our online customer experience.

You'll:

• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and technical requirements

• Collaborate with Ecommerce, UX/UI and Development teams to deliver projects and enhancements

• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming and Agile delivery processes

• Manage and maintain Jira tickets and Confluence documentation

• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities

• Act as the first point of contact for ecommerce BAU issues and platform improvements

• Help deliver enhancements across our Shopify websites and mobile applications

• Work with internal and external stakeholders across global ecommerce initiatives

About you:

We're seeking a curious, detail-oriented Business Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex problems.

You'll bring:

✅ Experience working as a Business Analyst within an IT or digital environment

✅ Strong UAT and testing experience with excellent attention to detail

✅ Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

✅ Experience gathering requirements and translating them into actionable development tasks

✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✅ Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams

✅ A proactive, can-do attitude and passion for continuous improvement

Bonus Points if you have:

• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento

• Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or SQL

• Understanding of ecommerce customer journeys and UX/UI best practices
