Job Description

We are seeking a Verification Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in operations analysis, risk and compliance support, and root cause analysis and a proven ability to deliver actionable insights that drive process improvements and program resilience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct robust RCAs for major incidents and workflow escalations across Account Access, Scams, Meta Verified, Advertiser Verification, and triage portfolios.


• Develop and deliver qualitative operational insights for program managers, policy, product, compliance, and leadership.


• Document process enhancements, post-mortem learnings, and best practices to improve Verification Operations efficiency and resilience.


• Support internal initiatives such as Verification Operations Quality Uplift, Advertiser Risk Reduction, and Fast-Track Trust Remediation.


• Collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate strategic projects, risk alerts, and compliance reviews.


• Enhance SOPs, process documentation, and onboarding materials for new team members.


• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and insights that inform operational strategies.


• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years in operations analysis, content moderation, risk management, or a related field.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.


• Experience with root cause analysis, incident management, and operational documentation.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.


• Experience working with vendors or external partners.


• Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and risk management principles.
