Job Title: AI Forward Deployed Engineer

Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (Remote)

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:

The ideal candidate should be a customer-facing, hands-on Technical Architect who can understand mortgage business problems and take Agentic AI solutions from discovery and architecture through coding, integration, testing and production go-live.

Please prioritize candidates with:

• 10+ years of overall experience with Technical/Solution Architecture or Principal/Lead Engineering background
• Strong recent hands-on Agentic AI / GenAI implementation experience
• Multi-agent systems, RAG, tool calling, memory and MCP integrations
• Hands-on coding with Python, Java and/or Node.js
• Full-stack architecture involving React.js / TypeScript, APIs, data and integrations
• Strong AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform experience
• Direct customer-facing discovery, solutioning and technical delivery experience
• Production deployment ownership including evaluation, guardrails, security and observability
• US Mortgage/Lending experience, preferably origination, underwriting, closing or servicing
• LOS/POS or other mortgage platform integration experience is a major advantage

Preferred Agentic AI Frameworks / Skills:

Lang Graph, Google ADK, AWS Strands, Lang flow, MCP, RAG, AI/agent evaluation, guardrails and AI governance.
