The Role

• Drive new business growth within an assigned territory by prospecting and closing complex contracts.
• Conduct on-site assessments and present comprehensive service programs for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility needs.
• Develop tailored proposals and secure multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client information and activity logs within the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed established monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a preference for backgrounds in uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a willingness to embrace coaching and feedback.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
