The Role

• Prospect and qualify leads within an assigned territory through various outreach methods.
• Conduct on-site assessments and present service programs to potential clients.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain and update client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a preference for industrial supply or service industries.
• A demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and manage a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
