Product Manager - Fraud

We're Hiring: Senior Product Manager – Fraud Prevention & Identity Solutions! 🚨

Duration : 6 months

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager / Fraud Solutions professional with a strong background in fraud prevention, identity verification, risk management, and digital payments.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing fraud prevention solutions, working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams, and balancing security, customer experience, and business objectives.

🔹 Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Solution Design, or Fraud Advisory.

• Strong experience with Fraud Prevention, Identity Verification, and Risk Management.

• Knowledge of Account Takeover (ATO), Synthetic Identity Fraud, New Account Fraud, and Debit Card Fraud.

• Experience with REST APIs, integrations, webhooks, and third-party fraud solutions.

• Understanding of Device Intelligence, Behavioral Analytics, Transaction Monitoring, and Rules Engines.

• Experience with risk-based authentication, step-up authentication, and fraud detection controls.

• Ability to identify fraud vulnerabilities, assess risks, and implement effective fraud mitigation strategies.

• Strong collaboration skills working with Product, Engineering, Architecture, UX, and Fraud Operations teams in Agile environments.

🔹 Nice to Have:

• Experience in Healthcare Technology, HSA, FSA, HRA, COBRA, or Benefits Administration.

• Knowledge of OFAC, CIP, FCRA, Reg E, HIPAA, and other relevant compliance requirements.

• Experience working with third-party fraud prevention and identity verification vendors.

• Familiarity with AI-powered fraud detection, MCP, and automated event tracking.

• SaaS/B2B2C platforms and legacy system modernization experience.
