The Role

• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and production, managing customer relationships and manufacturing orders across multiple locations.
• Proactively support and advise customers in a service-oriented, independent manner.
• Generate and process offers, order confirmations, and invoices.
• Coordinate and track customer inquiries regarding deadlines, costs, and quality in close collaboration with various sites.
• Maintain customer master data, create reports, and actively participate in shaping SAP processes.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field (e.g., Industrial Clerk) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in customer management or internal sales, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP (SD/MM) knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
• Strong customer focus, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
