Experiences in Log tickets for unexpected errors as they may be symptoms of larger errors (i.e. a server is down) with Zscaler

Troubleshooting testing of client version daily

Ensure Zapp is bypassed from other applications and security solutions to prevent outages.

Consider updating to the latest Zapp version at least bi-annually (Leverage the possible as best practice)

Push of the latest Zapp version (Leverage possible as best practice) after review and decision of deployment is made.

Review release notes, compare discovered issues and develop fixes for client images.

Determine users to be added to different group policies including the pilot user test group.

Assign users to be added to different group policies including the pilot user test group for Zapp.

Pilot users on new Zapp versions first & then roll out.
