Sales Representative- PAID TRAINING / FULL TIME

Bartlett Roofing is seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our growing construction and roofing team. In this role, you’ll generate new residential and commercial business, conduct roof inspections, and educate property owners on repair and replacement options. You’ll manage leads, build relationships, and guide customers through the insurance and project process. Working in a supportive, family-oriented culture, you’ll receive training, mentorship, and clear growth paths while helping protect homes and buildings across our Western service areas.
