Systems Engineer Level 4 with Security Clearance

[About the Role] Indotronix is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer Level 4 to join our team onsite in Colorado Springs, CO. As a key contributor to the Ballistic Missile Defense System (C2BMC Element), you will collaborate with top industry partners in a mission-critical environment supporting national defense.

[Responsibilities] - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute comprehensive assessment programs for missile defense systems - Evaluate and optimize system performance across various architectures and scenarios - Design, develop, and maintain modeling and simulation tools to predict performance against evolving threats - Drive system requirements, architecture development, and integration activities - Lead planning, execution, and documentation of integration, test, and assessment events - Analyze system trade studies and develop technical solutions to complex missile defense challenges - Enhance team productivity through process improvements and tool efficiencies - Support subject matter experts in integration, test, and performance domains [Required Skills and Experience] - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry - Minimum 1 year of hands-on system engineering experience (systems, design, architecture, integration, requirements, or test)
