Job Description

Enterprise Electrical is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to provide overall leadership and operational oversight for one of our branch locations.

The Branch Manager serves as the senior leader of the branch and is responsible for driving operational performance, financial results, workforce effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and continued growth. This individual will operate the branch as a business unit while ensuring alignment with Enterprise Electrical's strategic objectives, operational standards, and culture.

This is a highly visible leadership position requiring a strong combination of operational leadership, financial acumen, people development, customer relationship management, and accountability.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee daily branch operations, including operational, administrative, warehouse, and customer service activities.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, accountability, and performance management for branch personnel.
  • Establish operational priorities and ensure branch activities align with company objectives, budgets, productivity expectations, and performance standards.
  • Manage branch financial performance, including budgeting, labor management, forecasting, operational costs, productivity, profitability, and WIP reporting.
  • Monitor staffing levels, workload, operational capacity, and resource allocation to support business needs.
  • Analyze operational metrics, workforce data, and financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources on workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, employee development, retention, and succession planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and local business partners.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for customer concerns and operational issues within the branch.
  • Support local business development, customer retention, and branch growth initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, operational procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Partner with executive leadership, Finance, Operations, HR, and project teams to support overall organizational objectives.
  • Provide regular communication to executive leadership regarding branch performance, staffing, operational challenges, and business needs.

What We're Looking For

  • 8-12+ years of progressive experience in operational, branch, construction, industrial, logistics, service, or business management.
  • Previous leadership experience managing branch operations, workforce performance, budgets, and operational execution.
  • Experience leading multi-functional teams within construction, electrical contracting, industrial, or service-related environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, labor management, forecasting, cost control, profitability, and WIP reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance, operational planning, customer relationships, and workforce accountability.
  • Experience supporting organizational growth, operational scaling, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and growing organization.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to interpret operational data, financial reports, and workforce metrics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, scheduling systems, and other operational technology platforms.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • OSHA or other construction/industrial safety certifications preferred.

Work Environment & Schedule

This position operates across office, warehouse, field, and construction environments and may require visits to active jobsites, customer locations, and operational facilities.

This is a full-time, exempt position, typically working Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Additional hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or on-call availability, may occasionally be required based on operational and customer needs.
