Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead large-scale Data initiatives for clients in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, engage with business and technology stakeholders, drive digital transformation, and ensure successful execution of data modernization programs involving cloud platforms, AI/ML, and enterprise data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Data & Analytics projects for P&C Insurance clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, business leaders, and executive sponsors.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Drive Agile/Scrum delivery and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with business, data engineering teams.
• Lead cloud data modernization initiatives using Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understand P&C insurance business processes.
• Ensure governance, data quality, security, and compliance standards are met.
• Present project status, risks, and mitigation plans to executive leadership.
• Mentor delivery teams and foster continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Program or Engagement management.
• Strong experience managing enterprise Data Engineering or Data Analytics projects.
• Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, or other P&C Insurance platforms.
• Knowledge of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements Data Lake/Data Warehouse architectures
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience managing onsite and offshore delivery teams.
