Are you an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials specialist looking for more ownership of an Oracle environment?

I'm working with a large, complex organisation looking to strengthen its internal Finance Systems capability with a senior Oracle professional who can help shape the future of its Fusion estate.

This is a broad, hands-on position sitting between Finance, Technology and the wider business. You'll have the opportunity to influence the Oracle roadmap while remaining close to the system - supporting users, delivering improvements and helping onboard new areas of the organisation onto Fusion.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and deliver the Oracle Fusion roadmap
• Support and deliver Fusion Financials enhancements and implementations
• Onboard new business areas and entities onto existing systems
• Work closely with Finance and operational teams to understand requirements and improve processes
• Provide functional support across the wider Oracle Finance estate
• Support user adoption, training and knowledge sharing
• Work alongside external delivery partners on new projects
• Support the wider systems team with more complex functional issues
• Get involved in emerging Oracle capabilities, including Oracle AI Agents

What we're looking for:

• Strong knowledge across Oracle Fusion Financials
• A good understanding of Finance and accounting processes
• Experience working across both projects/implementations and BAU environments
• The ability to translate Finance requirements into effective system solutions
• Confidence working directly with Finance users and senior stakeholders
• Experience supporting, mentoring or providing functional guidance to other team members
• A proactive approach - someone comfortable taking ownership and getting hands-on when required
