EHS Manager

Location: South Hackensack, NJ – Hybrid
Salary: $110K–$130K

We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EHS policies, programs, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulations.
  • Conduct safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • Manage corrective actions, OSHA/EMR tracking, and regulatory reporting.
  • Lead employee safety training and Safety Committee initiatives.
  • Support sustainability programs, including PFAS and carbon emissions reporting.
  • Standardize EHS programs across multiple locations and perform compliance gap analyses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field.
  • 10+ years of EHS experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, EHS audits, risk assessment, and compliance.
  • Experience implementing EHS programs across multiple locations.
  • ASP/OSHA certification preferred.
  • Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Up to 10% travel.
