🔹 ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager who can get into the details, drive issues to resolution, coordinate across multiple teams, and ensure projects stay on schedule from definition through implementation.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Vendor Partners, and cross-functional teams
✅ Manage project scope, hand-offs, dependencies, and delivery timelines
✅ Track milestones, committed dates, risks, issues, and project health
✅ Maintain project updates in Jira/Nexus
✅ Facilitate stand-ups, project reviews, and stakeholder meetings
✅ Track action items, owners, decisions, and follow-ups through closure
✅ Evaluate scope changes and assess schedule/resource/budget impact
✅ Escalate critical issues with clear options and recommendations
✅ Prepare leadership-ready and executive project status reports
✅ Develop project plans and drive project milestones
✅ Manage project scope, cost, schedule, quality, and delivery
✅ Establish communication plans with project teams and stakeholders
✅ Provide day-to-day direction to project resources
✅ Drive change management throughout the project lifecycle
✅ Prepare documentation, status reports, budgets, and project updates
