🎯 We are looking for a true hands-on Workday expert, not someone focused solely on architecture or project oversight.

We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Workday Techno-Functional Architect with strong expertise in Workday Studio, Integration Development, APIs, and Payroll Integrations.

The ideal candidate must be someone who can hit the ground running, independently own integration development, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive enhancement projects with minimal guidance.

Must-Have Skills:
✅ 5+ years of Workday experience in HCM configuration and/or security.

✅ 5+ years of Workday Integration experience preferred, including hands-on Studio, EIB, and APIs.

✅ Strong Workday Studio Integration Development experience – MUST HAVE.

✅ Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll Integrations – MUST HAVE.

✅ Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Workday Web Services, and Core Connectors.

✅ Experience independently managing enhancement projects, integration development, and production support.

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – CRITICAL!

Nice to Have:

• Workday full lifecycle implementations or major tenant refreshes.

• XML, XSLT, BIRT, and integration security.

• Experience working in regulated environments.

• Workday release management and functional configuration experience.
