Job description

What We’re Looking For
🔹 Strong hands-on .NET & C# development (MVC; Web Forms a plus)
🔹 Strong front-end development: HTML5, CSS, Sass & JavaScript
🔹 UX/UI knowledge: responsive design, usability, turning designs into working interfaces
🔹 Formal WCAG training with proven WCAG 2.1 AA & Section 508 experience
🔹 Accessibility testing with JAWS and axe
🔹 Experience working within an enterprise design system (and how it differs from Bootstrap)
🔹 Recent experience (last 3 years) with modern frameworks & best practices
🔹 Azure DevOps & CI/CD pipelines
🔹 Working knowledge of SQL Server, REST APIs & middleware
🔹 Experience handling sensitive data in enterprise production applications
🔹 Bachelor’s in HCI, Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Nice to Have
Accessibility certification: DHS Trusted Tester, IAAP WAS, or CPACC ♿
Government or healthcare systems experience 🏛️
Angular, GitHub & AWS
Experience modernizing existing applications
