Contract

The ideal candidate is an Expert-level Software Architect with deep experience in Government Taxation systems, IBM middleware, Java/J2EE, WebSphere, Business Rules, IBM MQ, DB2, SOA, and enterprise modernization.

Required Experience

·  84+ months of experience with a Government Taxation organization, including technical design, development, maintenance, and end-user support of tax or audit systems.

·  84+ months designing choreography/orchestration processes using technologies such as WebSphere Process Server (WPS), IBM CP4BA/BAW, and IBM CP4I.

·  84+ months designing and developing Business Rules Architecture and Decision Services using ADS / IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation.

·  84+ months of SOA component development using J2EE, JMS, BPEL, IBM SCA/SDO, Spring, and related IBM technologies.

·  84+ months of Java development using IBM Rational Application Developer (RAD), WebSphere Integration Developer (WID), WebSphere Application Server (WAS), and WebSphere Process Server.

·  36+ months with Red Hat OpenShift and Microservices Architecture.

·  84+ months with IBM MQ / MQ Series / CP4I MQ.

·  84+ months with IBM DB2 data modeling, SQL, and application/database performance tuning.

·  Experience with Jenkins, GitLab, JFrog, and Elastic is highly relevant.
