Develop and implement financial strategies aligning with the company's business objectives.
# Lead the finance team in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
# Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory standards and legislation.
# Collaborate with senior management to identify strategic initiatives and establish financial policies and procedures.
# Play a key role in capital structure management, financial risk management, and treasury.

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration; preferably an MBA or relevant graduate degree.
# Minimum of 7 years of experience within Finance; Expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
# Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
