The Role

• Ensure exceptional guest service and smooth operational flow within the grocery department.
• Stock, rotate, and properly condition grocery products on shelves according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both guests and associates.
• Manage and maintain organized backstock inventory in the storage area.
• Minimize product damage and shrink through effective inventory control and handling practices.
• Assist with the unloading and verification of incoming merchandise.

What You'll Need

• A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for excellent customer service.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs constantly and 60 lbs occasionally.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and perform various tasks related to grocery operations.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and operate equipment for extended periods.
