Compounding Technician I - 3rd Shift

We are seeking a Compounding Technician I to process pharmaceutical ingredients and products, including liquid solutions and suspensions, at a pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Fort Worth, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix saline solutions and compound ingredients.
• Operate and clean equipment such as 350–650 kg reactor vessels, filters, parts and compounding kits.
• Support production through Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) processes.
• Monitor and execute fill line operations using SCADA systems (pressure, temperature, recipe steps).
• Follow SOPs, cGMP and GxP with accurate documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team projects.

Required

• Minimum Associate's degree
• Aseptic technique
• Technical and mechanical aptitude; manufacturing data and automation skills
• Teamwork and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Associate's degree in Science or Engineering; 30+ college credits including two chemistry courses with lab
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience (water systems, sanitization, sterilizer, technician)
• Chemical compounding experience

• Contract position: approximately 6 months, starting November 2026, with possible extension
• Shift: 3rd shift, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Days: Sunday night through Thursday night (40 hours/week)
• On-site in Fort Worth, Texas
