Mechanical Engineer

Are you an experienced mechanical engineer with strong plant room knowledge, comfortable balancing team management with hands on technical work? We are looking for a reliable mechanical engineer to lead a small, dedicated team of engineers and oversee daily maintenance operations.<br />Key Responsibilities<br />* Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of around 5 maintenance engineers (plumbing and electrical disciplines).<br />* Hands-on Maintenance: Work "on the tools" when required to assist with complex tasks, cover operational gaps, or resolve escalations.<br />* Plant Room Management: Oversee operations, routine servicing, and fault-finding within plant room environments.<br />* CAFM Operations: Utilize the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system daily to log work orders, update task progress, and track team performance.<br />* Health &amp; Safety: Ensure all electrical and maintenance work complies with current regulations, safety protocols, and company standards.<br />Requirements<br />*

Qualifications:
