Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate WAN transport activities, including:
    • WAN decommissioning
    • WAN upgrades
    • WAN downgrades
    • WAN transfers

  • WAN/transport coordination experience
  • Strong customer management skills
  • Experience with reporting and status tracking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams and telecom vendors
