Sales Development Representative
, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest.
Prospect new business opportunities through warm and cold calls, emails, and other outreach channels.
Communicate the company’s value proposition to prospective customers.
Help secure school book fairs and develop new opportunities within the education market.
Drive book sales within the K-12 and educational markets.
Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the sales team.
Maintain accurate prospect and customer records in the CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Prepare presentations and supporting materials for client meetings.
Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop customer success stories and references.
Full English proficiency is essential.
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success, communications, or marketing.
Strong consultative sales skills and relationship-building abilities.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
This position is for a full-time contract, through a payroll platform.
The talent will work remotely, allocated at our client.
