The Role • Assemble steel structures for medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (up to 380kV). • Install high and medium voltage equipment and electrical systems. • Mount and dismount bolted and pressed connections, as well as pipe and cable assemblies. • Review and mark up plan documentation with redline revisions. • Contribute to key projects that support climate protection goals. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a relevant trade (e.g., Metalworker, Industrial Mechanic, Construction Mechanic, Plant Mechanic) or equivalent qualification. • Proven experience in metalworking, ideally within construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or related industries. • Experience working with electrical installations is a plus. • A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to work sites with your own vehicle. • Readiness for regular on-site assignments from Monday to Friday, including overnight stays. • Good German language skills and a proactive, self-motivated work approach.
