The Role

What You'll Need

• (Technical) baccalaureate or a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Patience, resilience, and the ability to navigate conflicts.
• Empathy coupled with assertiveness.
• Strong sense of responsibility and interest in social issues.
