What will you be doing?

• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates across the accountancy and legal sectors.
• Developing new business and winning recruitment opportunities.
• Sourcing, engaging and qualifying high-quality candidates.
• Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement.
• Negotiating offers and closing deals.
• Working towards targets, closing deals and maximising your commission.
