Associate Sales Representative, Advanced Surgery - Denver, CO

Associate Sales Representative for Baxter's Advanced Surgery division based in Denver, Colorado. Represents surgical hemostats, sealing, and tissue products to healthcare providers across an assigned geographic territory, building relationships with surgeons and operating room staff while managing clinical and economic customer needs.

Responsibilities
Promote hemostats, sealing, and tissue products across assigned geography to meet clinical and economic needs
Cover surgical cases with existing clients and communicate outcomes and opportunities to management
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, conduct in-service training for surgical teams
Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff
Work with regional and account managers to develop strategies for reaching financial goals and quotas
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years sales experience OR 4+ years operating room/relevant experience
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Strong analytical and social skills
Valid driver's license required
Willing to travel at least 50% and relocate to assigned territory if needed
Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Compensation:
$66,400-$91,000 base annually, plus sales incentive compensation
