- 15+ years of overall IT/Software Engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering and development.
- Strong architectural and system design skills.
- Excellent experience with Python and AI/ML technologies.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and scalable application architectures.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with MLOps, ML deployment, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in complex and technically challenging environments.
