Detailed Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Data Architect with strong expertise in Telecom OSS/BSS, AI/ML, GenAI, Data Platforms, and Cloud Architecture. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise-scale AI-driven transformation initiatives focused on network intelligence, service assurance, predictive operations, automation, customer analytics, and OSS modernization.

Key Responsibilities

·         Define enterprise AI/ML and Data Architecture strategies for Telecom OSS/BSS ecosystems.

·         Design scalable batch and real-time data platforms for network, service, customer, and operational analytics.

·         Architect AI/ML solutions for predictive maintenance, fault prediction, RCA, capacity forecasting, churn prediction, network optimization, and service assurance.

·         Design and implement MLOps platforms for model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance.

·         Architect Telecom OSS/BSS integrations across Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Inventory, Activation, Provisioning, Workforce Management, Performance Management, and Fault Management.

·         Drive modernization and migration from legacy OSS platforms to cloud-native architectures.

·         Apply TM Forum standards, including SID, eTOM, ODA, and Open APIs.

·         Design GenAI and RAG-based solutions for telecom operations and knowledge management.

·         Develop AI copilots for NOC/SOC operations and operational automation.
