The Role

• Support the store management in daily operations and contribute significantly to the store's success.
• Assist with personnel responsibilities, including scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding of new employees.
• Share responsibility for the effective sales management of a diverse and rotating product assortment.
• Oversee store presentation, including ordering, visual merchandising execution, and daily tasks.
• Collaborate with store leadership to discuss performance and store development.

What You'll Need

• A completed vocational training, ideally with prior experience in a similar retail role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Availability to work 5 days per week, including regular weekend and evening shifts.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate the store team and provide constructive feedback.
• Readiness to undergo an 8-week comprehensive training program in a designated training store.
