The Role • Support the store management in daily operations and contribute significantly to the store's success. • Assist with personnel responsibilities, including scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding of new employees. • Share responsibility for the effective sales management of a diverse and rotating product assortment. • Oversee store presentation, including ordering, visual merchandising execution, and daily tasks. • Collaborate with store leadership to discuss performance and store development.
