About Us

JB S Australia is the largest and most respected meat and food producer in Australia. We have a strong portfolio of leading and renowned beef, lamb, pork, salmon and value-added branded products, such as AMH, Swift, Primo, Murray Valley and Huon.

Located in Yanco, 45km north-west of Griffith in southern NSW, the JBS Prime City Feedlot is a 35,000 head capacity feedlot and a major supplier to the JBS Riverina Beef processing facility. Employing approximately 35 team members, Prime City Feedlot has a strong reputation for producing premium quality grain-fed beef. The 6,225 ha of dryland and irrigation farm onsite at Prime City supplies the grain, silage and hay required for the cattle in the feedlot.

About the Role

Our JBS Prime City Farm is currently recruiting a Farm Hand to join the team in a full-time position. This position will see you supporting both the farm and the feedlot with all general faming duties.

About You

  • Machinery operation experience
  • Mechanical aptitude advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and within a team environment
  • Flexibility with working hours during busy periods
  • High levels of self-motivation, initiative and enthusiasm
