The Role • Rotate between various store locations, typically managing one store per day to implement merchandising resets. • Execute accurate shelf and product resets based on provided planograms, ensuring brand and product placement is optimal. • Physically move shelves, fixtures, tags, and products to achieve new display layouts. • Submit timely and detailed reporting, including photographic evidence of completed work. • Effectively communicate progress, needs, and any site-specific issues to your supervisor. What You'll Need • Ability to perform a physically demanding role involving sustained standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and repetitive movements throughout the workday. • Access to reliable transportation to travel to assigned retail store locations. • Must be 18 years of age or older. • A self-motivated, detail-oriented approach with a strong drive to achieve results. • Comfort working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
