Business Analyst with Azure Devops

Job Description:

• 5 years of business process analysis and requirements documentation, including independent facilitation with executives and subject matter experts.
• Proficiency in process mapping/modeling with tools such as Visio is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, is required.
• Knowledge of Rules 60GG-1 – 60GG-5, state Administration Code, is desired.
• Knowledge of data migration practices, testing and quality assurance tools/techniques, and change and release management is required.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications is required.
• Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams for collaboration and document management; exposure to Power BI is preferred.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience using Azure DevOps to manage user requirements and backlogs.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in business administration, Communication, Information Systems, or related field is required. Equivalent work experience may substitute for the educational requirement.

Certifications:

• Certification in any of the following is desired but not required: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Owner (CSO), CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, PMP, ITIL.

Additional Information:

• Location: Tallahassee, FL- Onsite Mon-Friday Prefer local with State experience
• Duration: 9 to 12 months contract with possible extension
• Interview- In person with writing samples
