Job Description
OpenAI is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers in Sydney to lead complex deployments of frontier models in production, partnering with customer engineering and domain teams. You will own discovery, design, build, and rollout, measuring success by adoption and impact.
You will work with product, research, partnerships, GRC, security, and GTM teams, with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days in the office per week and travel up to 50%. Relocation assistance is offered.
