We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with prior Caterpillar experience to drive engineering services, customer engagement, and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Engineering Management, along with proven success in account management, account growth, and customer relationship management.
