Role Summary
This position is a senior-level Program Manager responsible for overseeing the comprehensive execution of a complex cybersecurity contract. The role requires managing all aspects of contract performance, including program delivery, staffing, financial oversight, and coordination with subcontractors and partners. The Program Manager acts as the primary liaison with government leadership, ensuring the successful delivery of 24/7 network, cloud, and cybersecurity operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for contract performance and program objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients and contract officers, facilitating communication and accountability.
- Lead weekly and monthly program reviews to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure milestones are met.
- Manage project schedules, staffing plans, budgets, risks, and performance metrics effectively.
- Coordinate activities across multiple subcontractors, teaming partners, and internal teams to ensure synchronized operations.
- Oversee workforce compliance with security, safety, and conduct standards pertinent to federal contract requirements.
- Supervise transition activities, knowledge transfer, and onboarding efforts to support seamless program execution.
- Drive customer satisfaction by aligning project deliverables with client expectations and operational needs.
- Monitor and report on SLA and KPI metrics, preparing operational reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to all security protocols, safety standards, and ethical conduct policies across the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale cybersecurity programs or contracts.
- Proven experience directing enterprise IT, network, cloud, and cybersecurity operations.
- PMP and CISSP certifications are required.
- This position requires eligibility for a U.S. Government security clearance. In accordance with federal law, U.S. citizenship is required.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams in 24/7/365 operational environments.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple subcontractors and teaming partners.
- Strong financial management skills across various contract types, including Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Time & Materials (T&M), and Labor Hour contracts.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience working with federal civilian agencies, such as DHS, is preferred.
Publishing Pay Range: $200,000.00 - $235,0000.00 Annually
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
