Technical Program Manager (Supply Chain / Logistics)

Preferred experience: Worked on projects in logistics and supply chain space with carriers / Distribution Centers / etc.

Scope of Work

1. Manage track(s) for a highly global and actively support global PM managing overall program:
• Work with multiple technical teams to ensure requirements are addressed and tradeoffs understood when requirements they cannot be met. Facilitate discussion on tradeoffs (LOE, ROI, options).
• Actively manage open actions, and follow through with various teams to get them done in a timely manner. Alert global PM and manager when things are slipping.
• Leverage AI to do work efficiently.
• Manage project level communication with a broad XF stakeholder team

• Interface with QSS team driving UAT, and ensure that blockers are being addressed in a timely manner during UAT by technical teams.
• Support PVT efforts and work with XF teams to develop PVT plan as well as monitor execution progress and issue resolution.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans to manage risks.
• Support post Ops to document learnings, and actions to improve.
